You are not alone.
Prenatal Support, postpartum Depression, Pregnancy Loss, Infertility
Whether you are having trouble getting pregnant, being pregnant, or not sure if this is just a case of the ‘baby blues’ – I would love to help. 1 in 5 women suffer from a maternal mental health condition like postpartum depression and less than 15% get the help they need.
Motherhood is the biggest transition that you’ll experience. While you love your family it can be overwhelming. There are so many expectations and it can feel as if your needs are last to get met. Unrecognizable thoughts and feelings may arise. This can cause confusion and sadness. Perinatal mood disorders are very treatable. The sooner you reach out for help the sooner you can start feeling better.
While having a child is an incredible blessing, it is not an easy journey for everyone. Miscarriages can be described as an invisible loss. My hope is that through our work together you find peace.
You are not alone.
There is hope.
Babies are welcome in session–I never want childcare to be a barrier to getting help.
